Ready ... Set ... Dev !

Alright! Here is part of my massive update that you all have been waiting for! Get ready for this long post! :)

So, where have I been? Why getting married of course! The wedding took a lot out of me the week of and the week after! Between having tons of family and friends coming in from out of state and all the planning that went into it, it was very stressful! We spent a couple days in the Wisconsin Dells with the Wife's family the Tuesday and Wednesday before our wedding. Then tons of people came into town Wednesday. Thursday was my Bachelor party and I also had to pick up a friend from O'hare. Friday was my birthday and the rehearsal dinner. Then the big day was Saturday! Talk about a jam packed week! Everything went really well however! I am just so relieved that the wedding is done and that I have graduated because now the fun part begins! Here are some photos from my wedding and that week! :)

I also caved in and bought a SmartTV since we are getting rid of Cable here soon. Plus, I want to start doing LIVE Let's Plays and I want to be able to do Console games and old school retro console games. But for now, this is my current set up! :) It's coming along quite nicely!

The week before I had attended a Extra Life Milwaukee - Madison guild meeting at the local Wisconsin Children's Hospital. It was a great time! Met some local gamers just like myself who believe in what Extra Life is all about. Also made some new contacts at the Children Hospital who help run the Extra Life chapter in MKE and Madison. I am glad that I was able to attend this meeting and I am looking forward to the next one! I also registered for this years Extra Life event. Got to get my OBS all set up with this years layover and set some cool goals for this year. Then I am going to try and get some more people to join my team, especially members at Raid+ Interactive!

Now that the wedding has past, it has taken me a little bit to get back into the swing of things, but I am back and ready to attack! I have been working a lot these past few weeks on getting things ready for the event we are having today! Social media marketing, emailing developers, and event planning. I am very excited to be spear heading this event we have partnered with the 42 Ale House on! If you are a gamer, or local developer, come and check it out! We will be holding these events on the 2nd Thursday of every month from here on out! Click on the image below for more information on the event!

Also below that are some updates on our upcoming heist style game that is currently in the Alpha stage. I will continue to keep you posted on that! :)

We also added the last of our let's play's for the TMNT 2 on our YouTube channel! Watch the videos below and don't forget to subscribe to keep up to date on all our videos! :)

Besides that, I literally have put in OVER 100 applications! I am not even joking. I have put in over 80 alone just on Linked-IN!

So far I have had 1 Interview out here in Milwaukee with a Marketing Firm and a phone call interview with a Indie game company some what based out of San Diego. I also have a phone call interview today that I am REALLY excited for! I don't want to say much more, as I don't want to jinx it! >.<

I want to talk about a LOT more, but I have to cut this short for the moment as I have to continue preparing for my phone interview today and my event! :)

Until next time ...

Happy Deving!
