Back to College as an Industry Pro!
While I was attending GDC, I received a text from my team at Raid+ if I would be willing to become an Advisory Committee Member for the Milwaukee Area Technical College's Computer Simulation and Gaming program that we all had graduated from.
ABSOLUTELY!
This is truly a incredible honor to be invited back to my College as an industry professional not even a year after I graduated!
What dose an Advisory Committee Member do you ask?
Serving as an ambassador in the Milwaukee community and helping advocate the Computer Simulation and Gaming program at MATC as an Industry Professional. The Advisory Committees helps give the college insight to provide the relevant, hands-on education that makes MATC one of the best technical colleges in the state. We are to provide information or resources to other professionals looking to return to school, high school graduates preparing for college, facilitate discussions about MATC's academic offerings and facilities, and their historical connection to the community.
I am honored to have been selected to be apart of this wonderful Committee and I look forward to contributing to the success of the Computer Simulation and Gaming program.
