Issues Issues and more Issues
Well there are always usually obstacles you must overcome when faced with a challenge and this dosen't change for our Advanced Game Design class.
Every Monday I always make sure that the Teamspeak server is up and running for the 8pm meeting as I usually am at work. Seems like recently something happened and the server went down!
As soon as I got home from work, I couldn't understand why it wasn't working as I didn't do anything differently the numerous times I have used it before.
After much research and digging through forums, I just decided to re-start my router, and BOOM. The server started working again! Good ole' technology, at it's finest.
Now, the project management tool we were using is currently going through some company issues at the moment, and we are moving over to Trello for the rest of the semester!
If it's one thing that I have learned in developing anything, always be ready to pivot for a worse case scenario situation. You should always have a back up plan to what you are doing in case something decides to fail or the tool you are using is no longer supported.
All you can do, all you can ever do, is move forward and keep on keepin' on. :)
As far as the project goes, we have created our own new home continent on our new home planet for the Lizardmen we are bringing into 40k.
